For our Maintenance & Engineering Department, we are looking for a Board Operator responsible for safely operating the distillation plant and monitoring the fermentation and utilities installations from the control room. Tasks and Responsibilities: -Operates and monitors the distillation, fermentation, and utilities installations. -Monitors process data through the SCADA system and takes corrective action when deviations occur. -Identifies and resolves minor technical issues and reports major malfunctions. -Performs routine inspections and ensures the proper functioning of the installations. -Records and reports process and production data, including volumes and quality. -Assists with unloading molasses tankers into the molasses storage tanks. -Monitors the availability of raw materials and finished products. The Ideal Candidate: -MBO NATIN/AMTO qualification in Chemistry, Process Technology, or Mechanical Engineering. -Good knowledge of basic chemistry, chemical processes, and distillation techniques. -Knowledge of HSEQ standards and experience with SCADA, Microsoft Dynamics, Word, and Excel is an advantage. -Strong technical understanding, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills. -Good communication skills, team-oriented, and detail-oriented. -Willingness to work shifts and operate effectively in a demanding work environment. Field Operator

For our Fermentation and Distillation Department, we are looking for a Field Operator who is responsible for the safe operation, control and monitoring of the fermentation installations (U100 and U200) and the utilities, including inoculating fermenters, yeast propagation and monitoring cooling towers, compressors, steam boilers and water treatment systems. Duties and Responsibilities: - Operating, monitoring and optimizing the fermentation installations. - Carrying out yeast propagation and inoculating fermenters according to established procedures. - Managing and checking the utility installations, including steam boilers, compressors, cooling towers and water treatment systems. - Monitoring process parameters and adjusting temperature, pressure and flow settings to ensure an optimal fermentation process. - Performing quality checks, taking samples and safeguarding product quality throughout the production process. - Carrying out routine inspections, identifying faults and reporting technical deviations to the maintenance department. - Ensuring correct recording of process data, sampling and the transfer of fermented mash to the distillation process. - Monitoring the availability of raw materials and chemicals and assisting with loading and unloading molasses and operating the wastewater treatment system. Knowledge and experience: - Vocational diploma (NATIN/AMTO) in chemistry, process technology, mechanical engineering or a comparable technical field. - Good knowledge of the basic principles of chemistry and chemical processes. - Knowledge of fermentation processes, yeast propagation and molasses fermentation. - Familiarity with fermentation installations and utilities, including steam boilers, compressors and water treatment systems. - Experience with process control systems (SCADA) is a plus. Competencies: - Able to recognize, analyze and take appropriate corrective action on deviations in fermentation and utility processes in time. - Works carefully when monitoring process parameters, performing quality checks and recording operational data. - Able to work effectively with colleagues from production, maintenance, QC and HSE and to clearly hand over relevant information within the shift. - Willingness to work shifts. Production Manager

Tasks and Responsibilities: -Leads the Production Department and guides teams in achieving operational and strategic objectives. -Develops, implements, and monitors production policies and objectives. -Continuously improves productivity, quality, safety, efficiency, and cost control. -Aligns production planning and capacity with market, sales, and export requirements. -Ensures effective collaboration between Production, Supply Chain, Procurement, HSEQ, and other departments. -Ensures a safe, efficient, and cost-effective production process, including proper management of production equipment and product quality. -Analyzes and reports production performance, monitors KPIs, and initiates corrective actions when necessary. The Ideal Candidate: -Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Engineering, or Operations Management. -Minimum of 5 years of relevant management experience in a production environment. -Experience in production planning, process optimization, leading operational teams, and working with ERP systems. -Strong leadership, analytical, and results-oriented skills. -Excellent planning, organizational, and decision-making skills. -Strong awareness of safety, quality, and strategic business objectives. Tasks and Responsibilities: - Manages the Logistics Department. - Responsible for managing the various departments linked to the production chain, such as Stores & Stocks, logistics, purchasing, etc. - Ensures the most efficient possible production chain by continuously analyzing and improving processes wherever possible. - Determines the purchasing strategy and delivery targets for the company and motivates the team to achieve them. - Determines purchasing and inventory plans and monitors whether deadlines are met. - Determines short- and medium-term supplier strategies. - Concludes contracts with suppliers, oversees their execution, and maintains and improves relationships with suppliers. The ideal candidate: - Holds at least a bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, (Technical) Business Administration or Operations Management, preferably with relevant work experience. - Has a strong affinity for planning and logistics. - Has demonstrable experience with change processes and structuring various processes. - Has knowledge of purchasing goods and services as well as negotiating with suppliers. - Has experience with MS Office (in particular Word and Excel; Navision is a plus).
