For our Production Department, we are looking for an Operator Mixing & Blending who contributes to making products in accordance with the M&B Standard Operating Procedures and shares responsibility for managing, monitoring, and optimising all production processes.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Produces various alcohol products according to the M&B Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) based on instructions from the Head of M&B.
  • Analyses samples via the laboratory and organoleptic tests for colour, aroma, and strength.
  • Consolidates stock for the production process.
  • Operates machines to mix or blend safely according to SOP.
  • Supplies the Bottling department with finished product.
  • Collects samples of materials or products for laboratory testing.
  • Maintains accurate and timely process and inventory records.
  • Identifies and corrects deviations from standard process parameters.
  • Works with maintenance and other production teams to ensure safe and efficient operation of warehouse facilities.

The ideal candidate:

  • Completed NATIN/AMTO with at least 2 years of relevant work experience
  • Administrative experience (Navision, Word, and Excel) is a plus
  • Forklift licence is a plus
  • Good sense of smell, taste, and colour discrimination
  • Holds a recent fire prevention certificate
  • Knowledge of HSEQ standards: ISO 9001, 14001, FSSC 22000, 45001 and other QC standards is a plus
