  • ½ part simple sugar syrup
  • 1 dash Angostura bitters
  • 1 piece orange

Method

The Cane

  • 1 part ginger beer

Rum Punch

Ingredients

  • ½ part Mariënburg Rum 65%
  • 1 part orange juice
  • 1 cup grenadine syrup
  • A few drops of Angostura bitters
  • 2 pieces of orange
  • 1 piece sliced or diced pineapple
  • 1 piece red apple

Method

  1. 1Slice oranges, apple, and pineapple into large chunks.
  2. 2Mix all ingredients in a large punch bowl over ice.
  3. 3Stir well; add more juice or grenadine syrup to taste.
