For our Supply Chain Department we are looking for a Supply Chain Manager who creates the most efficient possible flow of goods and/or services from the company to the consumer or customer, optimizes purchasing processes and maintains good relationships with suppliers and takes care of inventory management. .

Tasks and responsibilities:

  • Manage the Supply Chain Department.

  • Responsible for managing the various departments linked to the production chain, such as Stores & Stocks, logistics, purchasing, etc.

  • Ensuring the most efficient production chain possible by constantly analyzing the processes and improving them where possible.

  • Establish the purchasing strategy and delivery goals for the business and motivate the team to achieve them.

  • Determining purchasing and inventory plans and checking whether deadlines are met.

  • Determining supplier strategies for the short and medium term.

  • Concluding contracts with suppliers, monitoring their implementation, maintaining and improving relationships with suppliers.

​The ideal candidate:

  • Has a minimum completed HBO diploma in Supply Chain Management, (technical) Business Administration or Operations Management, preferably with relevant work experience.

  • Has a strong affinity with planning and logistics.

  • Has demonstrable experience in the field of change processes and structuring various processes. Has knowledge in purchasing goods and services as well as negotiating with suppliers.

  • Has experience with MS Office (particularly Word and Excel, Navision is a plus).
